When you have been by your babies side every waking moment from the second they were born-holding them, guiding them, comforting them - it's hardly surprising that watching them disappear into a room of virtual strangers is enough to fill the most confident parents with questions and doubts.
The Early Years Group is an independent nursery group who have been providing early years services within Hampshire since 2017, when we opened our very first nursery in Hamble. Since 2017 we have opened further settings in Applemore, Hythe and Yateley. We are very excited to share with you that our 4th setting is due to open in Spring 2022 in Kings Worthy, Winchester.
Previous to owning our own settings we both worked with the sector in a number of New Forest settings and have been in the sector for around 10 years.
We are qualified and experienced practitioners ourselves and although we may not directly be managing the settings on a day to day basis we are still very much immersed within the sector. We are extremely proud of the quality of care we offer as well as the reputation we have built up at each of our settings.

We are extremely lucky to have such driven and likeminded staff, led by our area manager Eliza Wright. Eliza has been at the forefront of our renovations and expansions and is on hand to really ensure that standards at each centre meet our high expectations. Eliza is an expert is child development and holds a degree in childcare, she ensures that we are not only compliant but ensures we are offering the highest quality care.
Each centre manager has full control of the day to day running of their setting and are able to create unique environments that meet the needs of the local community and the children within their own setting. With their support we have been able to create qualified, nurturing and experienced teams within each of our settings. Our teams are all so passionate and focussed on change and improvements and strive for the best.
As owners we are very much emerged within the sector and support all settings on a daily basis.
